Chewy Easter Bites

Ingredients

Unsalted butter 30g

Marshmallows 200g

Rice crispies 100g

Milk Chocolate 200g

Cadbury Mini Eggs 80g (1 bag)

White chocolate 20g

Square tin 20x20cm

Method

Line the tin with greaseproof paper.

In a large, heavy bottom pan, melt the butter then on a low heat, add the marshmallows.

Melt the marshmallows them add the rice crispies. Quickly mix ensuring the cereal is coated in the marshmallows.

Put the marshmallows mix in the tin and spread until even, leave to set.

In a bowl, crush some of the mini eggs. Leave some whole.

Melt the milk chocolate in a ban marie then pour the chocolate on the set rice crispies. Spread the chocolate evenly.

Decorate with the mini eggs then leave to set.

melt the white chocolate and drizzle all over.

Leave to set again then cut into bite size squares then enjoy!!

Tip: swap mini eggs for your favourite Easter chocolates/ sweets to decorate!
