250g icing sugar
1 medium egg white
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp water (if needed)
- In a large bowl, mix together the icing, egg white and lemon juice for around 3 minutes.
- If the mix looks a little dry, add some water. Do not add too much as the icing will be too wet to pipe.
- If the mixture is too wet, add a little icing sugar.
- Put in a piping bag and pipe!
