250g icing sugar

1 medium egg white

½ tsp lemon juice

1 tsp water (if needed)

  • In a large bowl, mix together the icing, egg white and lemon juice for around 3 minutes.
  • If the mix looks a little dry, add some water. Do not add too much as the icing will be too wet to pipe.
  • If the mixture is too wet, add a little icing sugar.
  • Put in a piping bag and pipe!

The possibilities are endless when piping biscuits but here are some ideas for you!
